Well I am from America and am currently in Japan for a seminar conference. I'm looking for friends to chat with in German, but I'm also looking for German friends who study foreign languages. I have been studying German for a long time, but I still don't have confidence in conversation because I have problems with listening and speaking. That's why I want to practice. (But first of all, I prefer e-mail.) And since I sometimes want to ask whether the sentences I create come naturally to native speakers, I would like to find someone who can answer such questions. I am. I will help you with English. I like traveling, movies, and reading. When I was in college, I traveled to over 20 countries in a year and a half. Favorite movies: ``The Shawshank Redemption'', ``Schindler's List'', ``A TIME TO KILL'', ``RAIN MA KER'', ``THE LAST EMPEROR'', ``Ikiru''. My favorite TV drama: ``Ally McBeal,'' my favorite authors: Hulk I Murasaki, Kobe Abe, Paul Austen, Fyodor Dostoevsky. But lately I can't concentrate on reading...so I mostly read manga. I think manga is often easier to read. I would like to start with weekly emails. I have stopped learning Russian and Chinese. But if you want to learn Japanese, please talk to me.
