Today I cooked Kimchi Jigae by myself for the first time. :D
This recipe is one I learned from watching Maangchi on YouTube, but I alter it a little bit based on my ingredient. So this Kimchi Jigae has delicious thinly cut strip of beef which was very tender and an egg on top. I add the egg because I don't have any tofu, but I want to add something to make it taste even more delicious! It was a good choice. I love spicy, salty, and sour taste of Kimchi Jigae! So delicious!! ^^
I also want to share the frozen yogurt I ate when I went out with my friend to my favorite frozen yogurt shop. This one is so good because it have very low fat content because it is dairy free. But it is still cold, sweet, and super satisfying on a hot day. It is pineapple flavor with kiwi, strawberry, and mango flavored boba on top. I love this one~
