I am a self proclaimed pescatarian! (Although I don’t eat seafood often, I find myself making shrimp quite often these days, as my sister loves to eat it)
So, I made shrimp fajitas~ It was delicious with a warmed tortilla. I’d recommend it!
This was quite a task to make, if I do say so myself.
This was a tofu Buffalo sandwich.
It was spicy (or some might say it’s not, maybe my spice tolerance is poor xD) and I simply topped it off with some vegan cheese and sweet pickles.
I attempted to make some 비빔밥 but I think it was a total failure (not sure how I managed to fail at making some veggies, but oh well) at least the egg tasted nice
So I made some fried rice, but I’d call it a failure too >u< I definitely used too much sesame oil. If anybody has any delicious tips for this, feel free to let me know
