I am a Simple Seattle man. My heritage is
Scandinavian - Norwegian and Swedish
Yes...I have BLUE eyes !
I was born and live in Seattle, Travel is truly my life and
passion. I'm often traveling but Tokyo seems to be my second home. I have Japanese sensibilities and manners (people say :-)
I'm VERY easy going and relaxed. I can have a very simple
conversation or....Please take me to the uncharted depths of an obscure and esoteric subject.... Or just say "hello" ! :-)
I use the LINE app if it's more convenient - just ask ! :-)
Things I love:
1. Cooking; organic ingredients...
2. Museums (The older and dustier the better)
3. Classical Music, 'm "cultured" :-)
5. Antiques and old bookstores ...touching leather books
6. Hiking and Mountaineering.
7. Ocean Swimming and Diving
8. Art and Architecture. I lappreciate the Old Dutch Masters
and most classical painters and sculptors. Subtle detail
and curves of a well designed building ... I also
love the simplicity of Japanese and Scandinavian design.
9. COFFEE (yes... I'm from Seattle, so I'm a complete
coffee snob) :-)
10. Travel is life's bliss. I've been to over 27 countries, 35
US states and 4 Canadian Provinces. My work often
takes me halfway around the world, but I'm always
happy when my plane descends over the tall evergreen
forests of Washington State and sugar coated peak of
Mount Rainier. .... There's no place like home. :-)
