3. Retention and Use Period
Upon withdrawal of membership, personal information is, in principle, destroyed without delay, and in any case within 30 days after withdrawal. However, the following records are retained separately to prevent fraudulent use and resolve disputes:
- Linked social media (SNS) account record used at registration
- IP record
- Report records
- Profile-view records

Hi!Penpal! does not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law or requested by a competent authority through lawful procedures.
